The goal of NAPKRA is to have local chapters across North America.
Local chapters would have at least 4 race events a year with each member taking turns running one race event.
The local chapters can post their event dates and scoring on the NAPKRA.org site.
District competition can be held for the local chapters and after there would be Regional competition.
There would be 3 Regions; Western, Central, and Eastern, from there we would have the North American Cup.
After Nationals our club would help get sponsorship to help buggiers go to the Worlds Cup and represent NAPKRA.
We have racing rules, score sheets, and a list race event equipment, including economical racing marks, a whistle, a digital counter, flags and a how to booklet.
Then by using the NAPKRA site to register buggiers for events we can easily have trophies made for events with 8 or more.
Local race events scheduled for the weekend would have 3 to 4 races on Saturday, and 1 or 2 on Sunday with trophies presented by or before 1 pm.
There should be an A and B class when the number of buggiers call for it or decided by the Local chapters.
Districts, Regional's and North American Cups should have only class A buggiers at this level of competition.
Each member should choose a race number preceded by their country code, i.e. KC02,
MX01, US08 and posting their choice by registering at NAPKRA in the
pilots area.
